I did my research online prior to the appointment and "interviewed" our top choices. I knew, almost right away that Loretta would be our designer of choice and I was right. She was deliberate (not wishy washy on what she recommended) and had an amazing sense of "us". IN-HOME MEETING

PRELIMINARY DESIGN PRESENTATION

We start with a phone call to review the scope of your project, ask and answer questions, and decide if you're ready to set up an in-home meeting.

Here we delve deeper into your needs and desires, your style preferences, and your overall budget. We listen and provide suggestions. We come equipped with samples and take measurements to start the design process.

This is the exciting part. Your new design is ready for viewing. We review the preliminary plans and discuss any revisions you may be interested in making. Drawings are 3-D so you can see the space from every angle. If you're ready to move forward, we ask for a small deposit to continue with the final plans and paperwork.

FINAL DRAWINGS AND CONTRACT

A fully detailed final drawing set and agreement is presented for review and signatures. Payment is collected and your order is ready to be processed. Delivery time frames vary depending on the cabinet line chose. Now it's time for you to prepare your space for delivery and installation!
